Mosaic · Pricing
Free, while we
get it right.
While Mosaic is in beta the free tier is the whole product. Every feature, no ceilings, no card, no trial clock — reconcile as much as you like, across as many systems as you like, and tell us what breaks.
The three tiers beside it are what pricing will look like when it starts, and they are here so you can see now what will be charged for and what never will be. Sources, drivers and the rows they hold are never counted on any tier, and a run you start yourself is never refused. What will be priced is reach.

Those three are not for sale yet, and their numbers are smaller than what the beta gives you — that is the point of them, not a mistake. When pricing starts, Free becomes the entry column it was always going to be: two reconciliations, one person, one workspace. Nothing you have already built goes away. A limit in Mosaic stops the next thing being made and never removes what exists, so a beta account that lands on Free keeps every reconciliation it has and simply cannot add the next one.
If one of those columns is the one you would need, say so — that is the most useful thing anybody can send us right now.
Why nothing is counted per run
Mosaic runs on your own infrastructure, where the five hundredth data source costs us exactly what the first one did. Metering the engine would tax the estate work the product is best at — the wide, boring, many-systems reconciliations nobody else wants to do — and push you towards fewer checks, which is the opposite of the point.
So seats, schedules and published pages are what separate the tiers, because those are the things that grow when an answer starts reaching people who did not build it. Reconciliations will be bounded on Free and Pro and unlimited above them, and Pro's is a backstop rather than a wall anybody is expected to meet.
A run is never refused. What a tier will bound is how many of their results are kept afterwards — twenty per reconciliation on Free, a hundred on Pro, five hundred on Business, everything on Enterprise. During the beta nothing is pruned.
Counted by account
Every limit here is counted across your whole account. Fifteen reconciliations means fifteen, not fifteen in each of three workspaces — and a schedule allowance that matches the reconciliation allowance, so a tier never sells you more reconciliations than it will run unattended.
